1. Orders & Payment

- We do not accept payments directly on the website. Once your order is confirmed, our sales team will provide payment instructions.

2. Production & Delivery
- Products are manufactured based on your specifications or selected catalog options.
- Production lead times will be communicated during the quotation process and may vary depending on product type and order size.
- Shipping is arranged after production and is handled by trusted logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other regionally appropriate couriers.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen logistics issues.
3. Inspection & Acceptance
- All items go through quality control before shipment.
- We encourage clients to inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
- Any discrepancies or damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the products.
4. Intellectual Property
- By submitting any logos, trademarks, or custom designs, you confirm that you own or have the right to use them.
- DovaTonic retains the rights to any of its own proprietary designs, tools, and manufacturing processes.
5. Limitation of Liability
- DovaTonic is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, product usage, or third-party services.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Refund & Return Policy
At DovaTonic, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of custom manufacturing and B2B transactions, our refund and return policy is as follows:
- Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.
- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging unless the issue involves damage during shipping or defects.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or doesn’t match the agreed specifications, please send us clear photos and a written description of the issue.
- Based on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund.
- Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless there is a clear issue caused by our production.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake or fault on our part.
